Lance Christodoulou has been involved with novel flotation product development and testing over the last 15  years. Efforts have included product development from laboratory-scale to industrial-scale implementation of several new flotation technologies. His experience over last 20years includes operational plant experience as a plant metallurgist, sales engineer for magnetic separation products and senior process engineer for flotation equipment testing, commissioning, equipment development and scale up. Current responsibilities include novel flotation product development and deployment of these technologies into the global market place for FLSmidth.
